Just re-entered and received a stamp valid until 11/02/20 I’ve (obviously) got to report to immigration 90 days from re-entry date. I’d assumed that the 11/02/20 date was the date I must use the re-entry by, Is this normal? (extension to stay based on marriage.) 👍

TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon re-entering Thailand, the stamp provided indicates that you must report to immigration within 90 days from your re-entry date. The expiry date on your stamp (11/02/20) aligns with the original extension of stay granted based on your marriage. It is important to follow up with the TM30 form immediately and prepare to submit the TM47 in early December, as your marriage visa remains valid until the stamp's expiry.

They do not enforce TM30 in Koh Samui Rex, yet.

You must report TM30 tomorrow. You must report TM47 first week of December. Your “marriage visa” or permit to stay expires Feb 11, 2020.

That will match the expiry date of your original extension of stay done at Immigration. That’s the purpose of a re-entry permit - allow you to exit and return with the same permitted to stay you had before leaving.

And yours was a Single-type, so it’s used up.
