get an LTR visa it’s 10 years just need to be working

wake up and look at a country like the USA far from perfect, serious mass shootings monthly in a mall, school, or university. so many countries have their downsides. And if Thai does not want people long term then why was I given a long term 10 year visa without 90 day reporting based upon my working experience. And I work out 1-2 hours for 6 days a week for the last 39 years and I am in good shape. not like the people you describe. yes I am aware of all of the downsides of Thai culture but I see and experience more upsides. The west is no paradise.

there is the leap year exemption so please take that into consideration
