Used the e-gates for the first time when leaving Suvarnabhumi last week. Now I don't have an exit stamp (30 day visa). I expect it will be okay when I come back in November but has anybody else been in the same position and experienced difficulties at immigration?
Hello, can I enter Thailand on a 30 day visa waiver then renew for another 30 days in order for the school I will work at to switch me to a work permit? Also does anyone know if it is required to show proof of paid accommodation and health insurance to immigration in order to get the visa waiver?
Hi, my mother has booked her flight to land in Thailand on 26th September and to leave on the 26th October. She is a British passport holder so I believe she will get a 30 day visa exempt on arrival, but unless I’m mistaken her visa exempt will only be valid until the 25th October.
What would be the best thing to do in this situation?
1. Just overstay for the day, pay the 500 baht at immigration when she leaves and don’t worry about it.
1. My stamp (under visa exemption scheme) says that it’s valid until the 6th of august. Does anyone know if that means the 6th is included or does it mean that I have to leave Thailand on the 5th at latest?
2. Does anyone know if it’s currently possible to extend the 30 day visa exemption stamp by going to the immigration office?
Hello everyone, I'm on a 30 day tourist visa that expires on 14.06. I'd like to stay up till 3 months without having to leave the country. I'll be going to the immigration office on Monday 13.06. What is my best option? Can I still request them to extend with 60 days corona extension or should I opt for something else? Thank you!!
I tested positive on my pre flight test from Thailand to Cambodia (was due to fly tomorrow). I'm now having to isolate, but my visa expires on 19th March - I had a 30 day visa on arrival and then 30 day extension. Is there anyway I can extend my visa whilst in isolation/does anyone have any advice?
Sorry if this has already been answered. Finally got my QR code and heading back to Thailand next week. First time travelling with my partner, I have two questions.
1. Is it possible to extend our 30 day arrival visas at a local immigration center? Ideally to 90 day. I used to do this in Koh Samui but not sure if it's still possible.
