They locked mine about a year ago. Went to local branch with visa, TM30, two year house lease contract...all fine, un froze the account. Same happened again 2months later. Took all documentation in again...nope account locked. Fine I said, close it and give me my money back. Walked over the street with a large brown envelope with a lot of money in it....walked into Krungthai. 30mins later, new account and no problems.

it re starts every year ..Get one now.....wait until 2026 and and you are good Ñs gold to get another one. The Thais resett all immigration and visa entry every new year. Get one in November, happy days , come back in Feb or March...sorted. 60 date entry and 30 days extension. Áfter that ...your fucked

You can go to immigration and get 30 days but if you need 60 , you will have to leave. Cheapest option....flight to Danang
