there are no rules or statutes of law that specifically outlines how many times and what kind of visa can you come in or out of the country. They have only set for a series of guidelines and it even states in those guidelines, when the rubber meets the road, it’s up to the discrimination of the immigration officer.

It depends on when you apply. Just remember when you do receive your EVisa it will be only valid for 90 days from the date, it was issued, in which during that time you would have to enter Thailand or the visa would be expired.

I think they’re talking about Visa exempt because it mentions 60 days which is a visa exempt entry

that means you have until the end of May to enter Thailand. In other words, when you get an E Visa, you have 90 days to use the visa. When you arrive, you will get a stamp for the appropriate amount of days you’re allowed to stay.
