Ok thanks. Yeah the online booking system is very slow and in my opinion unclear. My husband has in fact now got both appointment booked, but how all this plays out is another story!

you mentioned "I hope you have allowed a few weeks to complete it." - Can it really take a few weeks for KL embassy to get the new visa into the passport? Did you recently experience this or know of someone who had this experience? Thank you for any updates.
