@Pui ****
The question gave us the impression that there was an issue with the system in relation to their situation.

We apologize if that was not the intent of this message.

We referenced U.S. policy because the OP appeared to be from North Carolina.

We serve a large number of clients across Thailand who rely on our postal services for visa extensions due to medical conditions or other challenges that make it difficult for them to extend on their own.

As long as theres a post office near them with signature delivery we can assist.

Your situation is tough, but it’s not unique to Thailand. If you were in the U.S. under a visa, you would face a very similar problem. U.S. immigration law also requires physical presence for most visa-related processes. If your visa were expiring and you were too sick to travel, you would need to apply for an extension (Form I-539), which requires supporting documentation, usually from a doctor (which you mentioned cannot be verified).

Our suggestion is to find someone you trust to send your documents to an agency. We offer nationwide services which sound like they would resolve your issue assuming you can find someone, and are able to let them in your accommodation to post your documents.

Please message our team, we can find the lowest cost soft power activity which will make the most sense for you, and the consulate you will be applying through.

Fees are always related to what is actually required.

For simple peace of mind, document review, submission, and follow up until approval it is usually less than 10,000 thb. This can be helpful in avoiding delays which can be caused by follow up emails, and non refundable evisa rejections.

No we assist with obtain soft power courses which can be trusted to obtain an approval at the embassy the are applying to.

We also do the transportation, and ensure everything is done as fast as possible as we have contacts at most consulates.

Applicant still needs to meet the core monetary requirements.

As stated for simple assistance and assurance of not obtaining a rejection when applying through a consulate we charge 8,000 thb.

For other services which require more assistance our fee would go up.

Many of our clients do not wish to worry about anything, and also want help with opening bank accounts, and the visa run.

They also ask for assistance with border bounces, and in country DTV visa extensions.

@Dany *******
This is incorrect. We have assisted many clients who were already in Thailand.

However, since you cannot apply from within the country, a visa run is required.

The price is higher if you need same-day processing for the 3-month plus 1-year extension.

There are more affordable options if you are okay with slower processing times.

If you already have all your requirements in order, this group can guide you through the process so you can do it on your own without any issues.

However, if you prefer to use an agency, feel free to contact us via Line or email.

We provide services across all of Thailand.
