What are the emergency contact methods for urgent visa and immigration issues in Thailand?

URGENT CONTACT METHODS

Better to have our emergency contacts saved and not need them than to need them and not have them.

Appropriate emergency cases include:

* Airport denial of entry or boarding

* Overstay issues or urgent immigration concerns

* Misunderstandings with authorities

> [[[members only])

You do NOT need to be our existing client to request urgent assistance. For general cases (e.g., asking about a standard visa extension), please use our normal contact methods.

* Again please do not use our urgent content methods if it is not a serious situation. *

For example, if you arrive at the airport at 1 AM and run into problems, that’s the perfect time to use our URGENT contact methods.

TLDR : Answer Summary
This post outlines the emergency contact methods for expats in Thailand facing urgent immigration issues such as airport denial of entry, overstays, or misunderstandings with authorities. It highlights that urgent contacts should be used strictly for emergencies and emphasizes that individuals do not need to be existing clients to seek help. Additionally, there are comments discussing the urgency channels and questioning issues related to obtaining Non-O visas for people over 60.

How do people over 60 get a Non-O because its just about impossible to get Travel insurance for any length of time in the UK?
Robert ******
OK guys. After taking notice of your advice I tried once again online

Now I'm running the risk of you guys thinking I'm a right numpty but after reading Jab Nesland's post I am trying to get a retirement visa trouble now is you can only get single entry 90 days.

Dave Allen suggested that I have a few ways to get a 1 year extension so that's the way I will go.

I will bother you all again when I'm back to see how to get this extension.

Meanwhile again thank you all

@Robert *****
Does your normal home insurance not cover that?

Mine did (while I still was registered in CH).

@Robert *****
You can get 94 days through Virgin travel insurance. That's who I use and I'm 75.

Insurnce is not required for the Non-O, It is however required for an OA. So most that are having trouble obtaining insurance just avoid the OA.

ideally no one should ever need to use these channels.

But life happens, and over the years we’ve had to step in and resolve many urgent, unique situations.

It’s always better to take a proactive approach and avoid getting caught in a problem. Too often, someone in trouble has reached out through an unmonitored channel like Instagram or Facebook chat. In those cases, we weren’t able to help in time, and the situation escalated beyond what we could fix.

Thank you! Good idea.

Hi Grace, along time back you got me a 12 month visa. I'm back in Australia now, but was thinking of coming back if I could get a good deal on long term visa. Also, Is it possible do you think that I can reactivate my Bangkok bank, or has it elapsed for to long?

Kind regards

@everyone We introduced these channels specifically for urgent situations. Since our regular contact methods can become quite busy at times, we created a dedicated set of emergency channels to ensure faster and more reliable support when it matters most.

Please note that these are strictly for emergencies and should not be used for general visa inquiries.

You do not need to be an existing client to reach out to us if an emergency happens.

@Grace ***********
That's great but what cost are we talking should we ever require the service thanks
Grace ************
@Jason ********
We can’t provide a quote until the situation actually occurs.

While it’s always best to avoid needing these services, in most cases the cost is far better than the consequences of not getting help.

@Grace ***********
The concept is clear... what's not is how do they calculate those costs?
THAI ******************************

@Tarugo ************
It depends entirely on the situation. There is no fixed cost in these situations.

If you want a fixed cost then please apply for the correct visa, don't overstay, and use fast track services to avoid any misunderstandings.

Ok point taken Thankyou

I used them for Priorty Service at Airport and the price was fair and service professional.

For example, if you are denied entry at the airport or border, realize you forgot to extend your visa, or find out your agent scammed you and left you overstaying, these are urgent situations that require immediate assistance.
