funds can be withdrawn not immediately but in 1 business day, it's a mutual fund account with the same bank where I have the saving account.

Do I have to actually withdraw the funds or what do I print out for them?

In case they don't accept that I would have to move the money to be on saving account for at least 2 months before I apply for 1 year extension is that correct?

there's no law that limit how many days you can stay, what's the reason they stamped in your passport?

well, you still have to count 90 days and visit immigration if you don't go out before that, you also need re entry permits before going out

some people like to travel, I could get a visa but traveling out Thailand every 2 months to get a new stamp is also fine for me

I don't like immigration officers taking 20$ extra on a visa that is supposed to be 40$. I can find round trip flights to visa free destinations for not much more than that
