TLDR : Answer Summary
You must apply for a visa extension at the immigration office that serves the area where you reside. If you have done your TM30 in Jomtien, you will need to apply for your extension there.

okay, if closed report can be made on first working day.

You can ask if your landlord did register the address for using the online system and mobile phone apps.

You or your landlord, report your arrival at an address within 24 hours at an address. If this is not done, you still have to do this and could be fined for late reporting

As from previous comment, does that mean I have to file the tm30 to update my address before apply for the extension? Should I have any problem doing that?

Most likely not. Extensions and 90 day reports all required to be done at the office of the area nearest you reside.

If you change your address, YOU MUST advise immigration within 24 hours anyway. So Yes...If you move to a new address usew the new office to file a change of address immediately, thereaftyer file at the new office.
