I'd need some details about financial requirement for 1 year multi entry visa in Savannakhet, I know it is 400k, however:
1) has it to be all in a thai bank account?
2) copy of passbook is ok or they want full statement? How many months?
3) will they accept passbook/statement printed on my last day in Thailand if I then travel for a week in Laos?
4) balance has to be over 400k for a period or just on the last day?
I was in Savannakhet last week but couldn't get any detailed info, queue was 4+ hours, shop opposite side requested 600 baht to print 3 months statement, so I just entered on 30 days waiver

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion covers the financial requirements for obtaining a 1-year multi-entry visa in Savannakhet, Thailand, primarily focusing on the need for a minimum balance of 400,000 THB. Key points include that the funds do not need to be held in a Thai bank account, but proof of the balance must be provided through printed statements (3-6 months required). It's noted that screenshots are not acceptable, and applicants should secure documentation as close to their application date as possible.
