TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers have shared different experiences regarding Finnair's requirements for flights from Thailand to Europe. One commenter confirmed that a PCR test is needed, mentioning it's the airline's obligation to adhere to Thailand's travel regulations, which stipulate that a test must be conducted within 72 hours before boarding. However, there is some confusion among users about whether Finnair has additional specific requirements beyond general country regulations of Italy and Finland.

It's Thailand who set the rules regard the PCR test. They want a test done within 72 hours of boarding and another when you land in BKK.
no idea why they don't write about PCR requirement on their website, are you sure 100%? I can find only country requirements which is antigen or PCR for both Italy and Finland, no mentions about extra requirements by the airline

PCR test.
Good airline but if you want a drink whilst flying its 5 euros for a little bottle of wine and they don't like you to have too much. This is why I don't use them.
