I was in the same situation as you. Use an agent and pay 4-5,000 fee to open one in minutes. The best investment ever. No matter how many banks you will try it will be waste of time and energy

You don't get to see any bank book or paperwork. They keep it until everything is done and they return you an bank account with no money in at the end

Does it have to be 65,000 every month? (Equals 780,000 a year) or it can also be a few lump sum amounts within the year that will total 800,000? For example 4 x 200,000?

I did it on the initial 90 day non O after the Korat immigration advised me I had to do a 30 day extension first and come back to apply
