I rentered September 26 but also left again October 19. I am now overseas and will come back Dec2. But my situation is that I will be spending one month overseas and one month in Thailand. Does that mean that I will not have to apply again until no plans to travel are more steady after the 89 days from last entry?

I was in the same situation as you. Use an agent and pay 4-5,000 fee to open one in minutes. The best investment ever. No matter how many banks you will try it will be waste of time and energy

You don't get to see any bank book or paperwork. They keep it until everything is done and they return you an bank account with no money in at the end

Does it have to be 65,000 every month? (Equals 780,000 a year) or it can also be a few lump sum amounts within the year that will total 800,000? For example 4 x 200,000?
