It seems the only schools you can get an ED visa to enter Thailand on are from enrolling in the universities, and there are quite a few in Korat. Just message them, sign up for a program, pay your tuition fees and you're set.

you can only get an ED visa if out of the country from a university. but if you are already in Thailand its different.
