TLDR : Answer Summary
Users have reported that withdrawing money using a Transferwise debit card at Thai ATMs incurs a fee of 220 baht per transaction. The ATM withdrawal limits vary by bank; Krungsri bank allows up to 30,000 baht per transaction, while most other banks typically have a limit of 20,000 baht. It's noted that withdrawing larger amounts can reduce the overall percentage of the fee.
Not sure on limits, but fee will be 220 baht per transaction. Obviously the more you withdraw the cheaper that fee (percentage wise) becomes. Most ATMs have a limit of 20 or 30k per withdrawal.
