TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the timing for filing a new TM47 after leaving Thailand just prior to the expiration of their 90-day reporting requirement. According to community responses, since the user left the country before the due date of the TM47 (September 10), they are not required to file, as the obligation only applies to those who remain in Thailand for 90 consecutive days. The next reporting date will depend on their re-entry date into Thailand.

You don't file if you don't spend 90 continuous days in Thailand. If you leave before day 90 when you re-enter the clock starts again at day 1.

Okay so you had a 90 day report due Sept 10th BUT you left the country on Sept 8th meaning you didn't need to file because you weren't IN the country when it came due. So far so good. (y)
Your NEXT 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamped in,
You say you left on the 8th of Sept, but what date did you re-enter the country on?
I rentered September 26 but also left again October 19. I am now overseas and will come back Dec2. But my situation is that I will be spending one month overseas and one month in Thailand. Does that mean that I will not have to apply again until no plans to travel are more steady after the 89 days from last entry?
