If i apply and be granted from within Thailand for a Non-O three months visa so i can prepare the requirements for 1year retirement, can I then leave the country one or multiple times and come back?
TLDR : Answer Summary
When granted a Non-O visa from within Thailand, you must obtain a re-entry permit to leave and return without voiding your visa. A single entry permit costs THB 1,000, while a multiple entry permit costs THB 3,800.
