Gautier Zelski dont get docs until you have been to the dlt, just take passport. There is a 6 week wait and you will need to get docs again as they expire 1m

Go for ox visa 5yr. The AXA option was 300 for insurance.

nope residence certificate has nothing to do with 90 days. To be clear 90 days is 90 days. Must check in

Visa status has NOTHING to do with 90 day report. Visa says how long you can stay. 90 day report is, reporting address every 90 days in country

Your visa (which ever non type you get) will only be to the end date on passport. Better to get new passport

next to zero interest in this bank. Plus to open thai bank 'without' a long stay visa near impossible

the thai consulate in sydney says 'money in thai bank' but they accept baht equivalent in AUD in Australia bank. I'd give that a try and see how you go
