Ok, I've had conflicting answers on Google before the crowd berates me for not taking the time to Google my answer. But I did my 90 day report in October and the 90 days due on the 14 in 3 days. BUT I renewed my non o visa on Nov 25 and 90 days will be in Feb. so does that supercede my original 90 days or will I need to go ASAP within 3 days?? Only problem is I'm in Chiang Mai just now. TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the 90-day reporting requirement in Thailand after renewing their NON-O visa. They completed a 90-day report in October, but after renewing the visa on November 25, they are unsure if the new visa supercedes the original reporting date due in three days. Community comments provide insights, suggesting that if no new 90-day reporting slip was issued with the visa renewal, the user must adhere to the original schedule. The consensus is that the 90-day report is separate from the visa status and must be fulfilled based on the original reporting date unless otherwise indicated.

Your 90 day paper should tell you when to report again. Only exception is when you are not in Thailand. Once you come back your 90 day starts counting from day one start again. It does not have anything to do with your visa

Whatever your piece of paper says. If your extension man reset it on the day he will have removed the old one. They don't all do it automatically when you pick up your new extension.

Visa status has NOTHING to do with 90 day report. Visa says how long you can stay. 90 day report is, reporting address every 90 days in country

nope residence certificate has nothing to do with 90 days. To be clear 90 days is 90 days. Must check in

Some immigration office does your 90days report simultaneously if your extension is near to the 90days report date......when u do your extension its still far away from your 90days report date hence u need to report base on your previous reporting date

Did the officer put a slip of paper in your passport giving you a new 90 day report date? If not then you still need to do it as regularly scheduled

he put my October 90 day report paper in my passport with January 14 being my next report, BUT stamped on it in red ink it says non o renewal 25 Nov, which I've done so therefore my confusion, I don't know whether it's 90 days from October or November

I would recommend trying to file online if you qualify when your last report would have normally been due. Then see what response they send. They'll either accept it, deny it with no reason, or deny it and say you are not due yet.

: Visa expiry and 90-day reporting should be treated separately. If you extend your visa, your 90-day reporting is still in Jan. 90-day resets everytime you leave Thailand.
