Living in Australia - Looking to retire over in Thailand this year -

However have to wait until house is sold to have the 800k baht x2 for the Retirement Visa…do I have to show bank statements prior to applying or is the deposit at application sufficient?

I would like to apply for a 60 day tourist visa whilst still in Australia. Have they been included in the evisa system yet?

The only thing I couldn't find is the following question.

I am Italian and I reside in Australia, I am not an Australian citizen but I am a resident.

Would i be able to apply the METV from Australia even if my home country is Italy?
