Are you staying somewhere and the landlord/property manager didn't file you as staying there? If you can provide proof (invoice for hotel etc) you can go to immigration and get a TM30, and you may or may not be given a fine. Last time I had to do that I was given a warning

Save your money and just apply through

. Once you sign up with them the DTV application process is relatively easy

Anonymous participant Yes, nearly every day. It's all nonsense without proof and when pressed for proof they usually delete the post or turn off comments.

As with many things in Thailand, you might need to dig very deeply to find the information about the ongoing conditions or they might not even exist, yet. It can all change very quickly so I think it's best to maintain the conditions so they have no reason to refuse you entry.

Each time I've re-entered Thailand with my DTV it has been a very smooth process. Hand over passport with printed Visa, stamp, welcome back to Thailand.

Every person who has asked this or says it happened to them posts as anonymous, and never provides proof because it simply doesn't happen.

However, it's pretty silly not to adhere to the conditions of your visa.

it has been resetting every entry for me. So I have to go in each time. But even then it's pretty straight forward and hasn't taken me longer than 15-20 minutes wait even when it looks like they're really busy

You only need to do it if you're in the kingdom for that long, and it's really easy to do. If you don't want to do it, just go for a weekend away every 85 days.
