looks a little bit like this. When you apply for your first extension you do your first 90 report. Some places they do it same time, some offices have different desk. Your next report date is on the top left.
What I call it is irrelevant. Once somebody moves from tourist visa or visa exemption, on to the Extension of Stay based on being unable to travel, then you fall under the 90 day reporting rule. The 60 day Covid Extensions and the 90 day reporting are different trains on different tracks. They are not the same entity. Some Immigration offices are enforcing this (like KPNG, others are not.
but she's not getting a new visa, she's getting an extension of stay, therefore, as the op is going to remain in the country beyond 90 days, she is required to submit her location (every 90 days). The application fôr a 60 day extension due to being unable to travel and the 90 day report are separate entities. Does it make sense? Irrelevant. Does every immigration persue/enforce this? Relevant.
I don't think I understand. So, right now, you're in KPNG you require a 60 day Covid extension (1900thb) but you can't get it because you need to clear your 2000thb fine for failing to submit the 90 day report. Is that right?
Thank you for clarifying that. So, as you're on an extension of stay, you do 90 day reports. Samui doesn't enforce it, KPNG does. I wrote you a longer reply further up to try and assist you.
