Can I apply for my second Covid extension in Phuket instead of Bangkok, and what are the requirements?

I hope someone can help with these questions:

I'm on my first Covid extension (Tourist Visa), and soon I need to apply for a second Covid extension.

I have been in Bangkok since I arrived in Thailand in February, but now I'm on my way to Phuket.

-Is it a problem to make the Covid extension in Phuket?

-Does it work the same way as in Bangkok?

-Do I need to show TM30 registration for my previous stays - or just the one place that I will be staying at, on the day I go to apply for the Covid extension?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on applying for a second Covid extension for their Tourist Visa while in Phuket, after being in Bangkok. They have questions regarding the ability to apply in Phuket, the similarities to the process in Bangkok, and whether TM30 registration is necessary. A comment suggests that applying in Phuket is easy, does not require TM30 registration, and advises having a negative Corona test when traveling to Phuket.

no, very easy at Phuket Immigration, no need TM30, you can go to Phuket with a negative Corona-Test

In Phuket, did they make the covid extension for you when you showed up?

Or you had to give them your passport and come back some days later?
