a successful report will generate 2 emails, the first to acknowledge the filing, the second is the one you want to state it was successful.

If you're 90-day report is due May 31st then you need to do it online between 14 and 10 days before that date which would be now.

Was the statement and closing certificate in a single .pdf file? You can only upload 1 file per section of the application form. Maybe resend the statement. I think the "other statement mentioned is for a sponsorship arrangement."
