Has anyone tried to get the DTV in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam? It’s one of the closest embassies to Thailand but there isn’t anything on their website relating to this new visa, and they don’t seem to be responding to calls/emails.

Hi everyone! I'm currently holding a non-immigrant OA visa. I applied and was granted the visa in my home country via the Thai Consulate. Every time I fly into Thailand, I get a 1 year stamp on my passport.

My question is: if I were to visit another country, eg. Vietnam/Cambodia or for that matter any country, whether by air, sea or land, am I able to re-enter Thailand without any issues? Or am I only allowed to enter Thailand from my home country all the time? Sorry if it sounds like a silly question because I just entered Thailand via the land border and was thinking of going to Cambodia for a short trip before returning to Bangkok.

Thank you.

I am in Thailand on a Retirement extension of a Non Immigrant Spouse visa. Renewal date is 15 July 2021. I want to go to Scotland for three months mid June until mid September. Do I need to get a re-entry permit and if so what happens on my return. Can I apply again for an extension in September or do I have to get another visa in Scotland and start the whole process again.

Final thought, could I renew the extension before I leave in mid June which would be a month before renewal date?

I apologise in advance for my ignorance of the system but there seems to be so many different rules in Thailand.

Hi guys, looking for some advice and guidance here regarding ED visa!

I’ve just enrolled into university here in Bangkok which gives me 6 months on each visa. I am looking to go back to England and visit my family this year and am wondering if I need to get a multiple entry visa to be able to leave and return again and how do I go about that?

Someone also mentioned a single entry visa but I’m not sure what that is or how it works. Please can someone give me some clues as I have no idea haha! Thanks in advance 🙂

hey family

I have two passports- on my current passport I have two entries and 2 extensions since December... Have a few more from 2016 and 2015.. I am leaving to Bali for 5 days.. Leaving from and coming back into Don Muang... Has anyone been rejected in DM recently? I have the cash and I am not working here.. This is going to be my last visa for a while I think as I leave in May but I am a little nervous. Would it be smarter if I fly instead to KL to CM? I haven't read posts lately of rejection in DM..

Hi, everyone. I'm heading out of Thailand for a little while. My visa expires on April 27th. My plane leaves the morning of the 28th. Am I correct in my thinking that as long as I pass through Immigration at the airport on the 27th that I'm OK to wait for my plane on the 28th..? Thank you in advance for any help/advice that someone may offer me. Have a great weekend...

Hi there can you please clarify the following for me.

I'm planning on moving to thailand next year. I would like to know:

Having the non-immigrant B visa ( teaching), in holidays would I be able to fly back home to south africa. Or is the non-immigrant B visa only a single entry visa? What would I need to get to be able to fly home and return to thailand, and can i apply for it in thailand?

Would one also suggest that it's better to buy a return ticket as well, or is it ok to fly in on a one way ticket? Thank you.

Hey everyone!

If my stamp says 10th of November. Does it mean I can fly out on that day or do I have to fly out on the 9th?
