That happened with mine as well, and then when I sent them an email asking what happened, they sent me one back, saying that they couldn’t tell me and any further communication would be ignored. I ended up consulting with a visa agency who gave me the most likely reason.
yeah I dunno about the person asking but it’s what happened to me. And I’m single with two kids making leaving the country complicated. It’s mostly worked out now (maybe).
