tried that once and then immigration officer snapped at me its time flight lands. I fly all over and one thing i have learnt is dont try and be smart to immigration officers. If go through later and they give extra day good if they dont what the fl@ck does it really matter

was like that with quarantine had to do 16 days in Thailand, but works opposite way with visas

What precautions should I take when renting property in Thailand to avoid scams?

Yes lots of photographs when moving in and note any defects. Thats not just Thailand its common sense renting anywhere. Despite what people will say personally had no problems with deposits getting returned. But only rented 2 places.
