You may wish to check with immigration of the need to report arrival at your residence in Thailand . Normally I believe this is required (not 90 day report) within 24 hours of arrival ,or next business day If arrival on a weekend or holiday

The 90 day report is only required when in Thailand. If you leave and enter back in, the 90 day report is required by the 90th day based on the entry stamp in your passport

If is on the weekend , then report the next business day ( unless the office is open ) . So if you move on say on a Friday , you report on the Monday ,assuming the office is not open on the weekend
