I had no issues when I paid for my LTR visa. I made my payment online to the Thai bank the consulate used. This was on October 22 . Have you contacted the consulate you used to apply for the evisa

I believe that more than a few people have had payment issues with online eVisas since the process started.

Hopefully someone will weigh in with info about what you can do to rectify the issue
