I believe that your question is can I open a bank account if I am married to a Thai national. May I humbly suggest that you together with your wife approach local banks and ask them. Some branches may open accounts simply because you are married.
did you register on wise using a Thailand address or an address from overseas? If from overseas your card will work exactly as it does now, if you are registered in Thailand there will be major changes.
Providing you can read and write English then an agent is not necessary and in fact maybe a liability.
