Foreigners cannot own land in Thailand, except in the case of condominiums or apartments. For landed property, the ownership must be under your Thai spouse’s name. Alternatively, you may obtain a leasehold from a property developer or management company, which allows you to occupy and use the property for a fixed period.
If you are a Thai Permanent Resident, your name can be included in the Blue House Registration Book (Blue Tabien Baan). If you hold a long-term visa, specifically a Non-Immigrant visa, you may apply for a Yellow House Registration Book (Yellow Tabien Baan).
When they enter Thailand, the immigration system will indicate that the applicant is awaiting approval (because you can't see their system). Immediately, the system will notify the embassy that the applicant has entered Thailand.
Monday is a holiday; you may need to stay longer until your DTV visa is approved. When you enter Thailand, the Embassy will be notified. You could schedule the interview for the following day or request a photo and receipt from your current location.
