Just got this request from the Washington DC Embassy. How to proceed?

I don’t understand - I submitted all of these things except the payslip.

How do I proceed? Do I have a new letter written and send the same bank statements or send the three most recent ones? (I had a statement closing after submission of the application)

I sent three different bank statements because my funds are scattered and included a reconciliation. However, when I submitted it the previous three months included some of December because of the statement closing date.

I might have accidentally hit the CANCEL button on my Non O visa application as it said FINISHEd and I got an email saying Visa cancelled.

Not rejected, but cancelled with no explanation.

Is it likely I hit the cancel by mistake or do they cancel an application if the documents don't meet their requirements?

I thought if something was missing they would tell me. I am trying to contact the embassy and I have written to them

Worried

🎉 DTV Visa approved after 12 days | Kuala Lumpur (with additional document requests) 🎉

Hi everyone,

first of all, a big shoutout to everyone who supported me and shared helpful tips, I really appreciate it.

I wanted to share my experience, as I know many people are currently worried about applying through Kuala Lumpur.

My DTV visa was approved after 12 days, even though I was asked to submit a full list of 7 additional documents.

You can check out my original post for more details here: [[members only]/)

For anyone currently in a similar situation:

• I submitted all documents I realistically had available

• for documents that were not feasible in my situation, I uploaded short and clear explanation PDFs

In my case, this approach was accepted without any issues.

Hope this helps someone going through the same process!

Hi guys! How do you submit bank statements, complete files or with unnecessary pages removed? I need to provide statements from two banks. Each statement typically includes 2-3 pages with balances and transactions and 2-3 pages of general information. Would it be acceptable to remove those extra pages to reduce file size, or better add them as is?

Hi. I got this new photograph request for the second time already. Both of the previous photos were taken in a professional studio and are super clear. Any ideas what the problem might be? And what do they mean by "a new one with a mobile camera on person?" Has anyone ever had the same problem?🙏 It’s in Vientiane, Laos.

Just submitted my DTV online to London embassy. (Remote work)

It only requested 5 documents from me and I’m pretty sure I need to supply more ie employer permission letter, personal cover etc.

They have my passport data, proof of funds, proof of address, work contract and one other document.

Is there somewhere to upload more or do I just wait for what’s requested by the embassy?

Thanks

Hello, my name is Joseph

I just applied for the DTV in Mexico City Embassy

Submitted all my documents and they had one document request where I had to post my CV three examples of work experience and then three examples of payment of income . I submitted that this morning and within two hours, my status changed to pending approval.

My concern is here with the three months that I submitted for financials

$15,808.48 December

$16,764.36 January

$22,486.22 February

When I submitted my application two days ago, my December financials were about $800 over the ฿500,000 now today with the conversion: ฿499,259

Since I am in the pending approval status is that still a good sign or do I have a major risk of being denied?

Thank you for anyone’s help or experience I appreciate it.

Also, has anyone ever been in the pending approval stage and then been asked for more documents or denied?

Quick question please. I have submitted my DTV application. If they request additional documents, is this done in the Thai e visa dashboard somehow or do you respond to an email?

Hi guys, advice needed plse. I submitted my DTV application via Thai E-Visa website (London, I'm a Brit) on 9th Feb, then on the 11th I submitted further documents at their request. Since then nothing seems to have changed. It states "pending document check 1 application" with the latest update of the 11th. Should it not come under the "checking additional documents"? I'm not sure about timescales (having not done this before), but it seems to be taking a long time. Is this normal (and am I just worrying for no reason)? My flight is booked for the 15th March, but I need to give notice on my current UK property and I'm not doing that to find out I get rejected. Also what options would I have if my application is declined?

Thanks in advance
