I was under the impression the translation needed to be stamped and certified by the Thai Embassy in London before taking it too the MFA? I could be wrong though
They should of sent you an email to print out with a link for an online email ticket (QR code) print it and take it with you or store the QR code as I guess they scan it. You do the same again in the other link AFTER you have submitted the application and passport at the embassy to book a collection appointment.
They then again send you a link for the collection ticket once the visa is ready to collect.
This is interesting and now included on the Hull consulate website BUT not on the E visa application site or the London Thai Embassy website. They appear to of put something into place for partners of state pensioners.
Hull still lists the Non O as being available to anybody over 50. Whether they still issue it though, remains to be seen.
You can walk in and deliver the documents. There is no postal service whatsoever to or from UK consulates. You can email the documents to them for pre approval and wait for them to call you to the consulate to deliver the documents and get the visa.
