Remember as a non Italian national without an Italian ID card you can only apply at the Royal Thai Embassy in Rome and it takes 3 working days.

I've no idea if they will issue a METV to non Italians.

Just one thing. Is the money in a fixed account that can be withdrawn immediately with only loss of interest? It cannot be in an account which is tied up for a period of time and you cannot immediately withdraw the funds

Joe Joe Ling This is how it is done. He couldn't possibly of done your extension in Chonburi without registering you at an address there for 90 day and TM30 reporting.

That is why he is telling you, you would need to do your renewal there. They don't tell you that if you want to do it yourself, you need to do a formal address change.

Without doing this, you cannot simply go and do a renewal where you are living.

That was what I was going too ask, is Joe doing 90 day reports or is the agent in Chonburi doing them?
