You can get the form here … i did it a few months ago and they asked for another form … not sure of the number .. they had no interest in TM30 but it is a requirement

You can download the form and post it . Take a copy of the TM30 and the post receipt to immigration but they usually do not even ask for it.

Honestly it could not be easier and it is safe and recorded … i use this every time and it is quick and no q - straight to a waiting car and porter takes your bags
