I doubt if the address is a big issue. As they will get that from the TM30 when you check into your hotel.

It will be ok and you don't have to show it to Immigration when you land. They will already have it in the system. It will show up when they punch in your passport.

Make sure you use the "FREE" Government Online Application.

Evidently there are a few scam sites that ask for a fee.
