i was trolled, bullied and harassed for my posts and racists comments which is against Facebook and Thai cyber laws. I tagged group admin also and informed abt situation but nothing was done and i was told just block the guy and move on. Well i coming from Singapore and Dubai where laws are strict and racism is taken seriously. But these boot lickers cheapsters think they can act cool and hide their identity in groups . That's the earliest you can do it. It says "within 3 days of arriving" so 1day before or 2 or 3.

no. Anyone can do it whenever they want. It just needs to be done by the time you get to passport control. You can do it in line if you want. The earliest you can do it is 3 days before you arrive
