Tried different forums and YouTube vids. but am still not sure and confused with contradictory answers how I fill out the TDAC. If I am travelling from Australia to Bangkok and change over in Singapore ( 2hr change over time) from Australia to Singapore flight number XX. then when I change over and the flight number is XXX from Singapore, so different flight numbers, do I put country where you boarded Singapore or Australia?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To fill out the TDAC (Thailand Declaration Form) correctly, you should enter the flight number of the last leg of your journey, which in this case is from Singapore to Bangkok. Additionally, for the country of departure, you should list Australia as that is where your journey originated, even though you have a layover in Singapore. This follows the consensus from various responses indicating that the form requires the last flight's number and will recognize Australia as your country of departure.

They don't ask for the flight number of your departing flight. They ask what country are you coming from. The flight number only relates to the plane you got off. I've done mine UK departure, and my flight number for the plane I got off. It was accepted.

I've just completed mine. What country you're departing is Aus. It's up to you if you want to say you're coming from another country. . The flight number is so they know what plane you got off.

You input the flight that you arrive in Bangkok with.

So, Singapore to Bangkok.

End of story.

It is an arrival card so it's your arrival flight information that is required
