interesting, I stand corrected.

Seems like there’s conflicting info on their website. I guess not surprising for Thailand lol.

“If you have lost TM.6 or TM.47’s receipt or you have passed the 90 days limit without making the 90-day reporting, you must get a police notice from any police station before the appointment and pay fine 2,000 Baht (fine applies only in case of failing to make the 90-day report) to the immigration on the appointment date”

LTR is not exempt from 90 day reporting. At least according to BOI website. I posted the link to someone a few days ago

Haha yeah we knew

was wrong, but some people are stubborn 😉

There was never really any doubt. No-one is exempt from 90 day reporting. (Non permanent residents)

edit: appears LTR has 1 year instead of 90 day reporting

Really really bad investment to buy in Thailand…..And very risky. Have a look at some 10 year old condo buildings that looks 30 due to cheap build and low maintenance

what has that to do with anything? I also do slow travel, so i get a suitable visa. DTV is also a tourist visa btw.

Please stop giving incorrect advice

As for DTV, despite a random YT video, the law is very clear. All foreign needs to submit 90 day report, or face 2K baht fine when exiting. No exemption has been made for DTV. Even elite visa holders submit 90 day report
