If you refer to the DTV, yes! Even if married, the dependant visa is also a separate visa with separate fee.

But the DTV can be had under many reasons, not just remote work. I got mine based on medical treatment. All I provided was a single medical appointment and financial requirements.

The DTV isn’t a “Digital Nomad Visa”. Can be obtained for a multitude of reasons. One could argue it’s too easy to get

no, that’s not how most double tax treaties work. For US I would not have a clue, but ive read multiple agreements with EU countries.

For my Dutch income that is taxed locally, I would pay zero taxes in Thailand on that income.

That said, each country have their own individual agreements negotiated separately.

But most tax treaties that have double tax agreements, means exactly that. (Prevent dual

Taxation) You only pay taxes in one country, not both.

Currently i pay 97 baht per week for unlimited internet (not full speed, but good enough for SM and YouTube)

My first plan was a 6 month Net Marathon package. 800 baht for 6 months. 100gb/month (not full speed)

For the Net Marathon you have to go to a local AIS shop though.
