hehe yes, but they are charging us a tiny portion for the bit of land the building is sitting on.

Luckily it's very reasonable fees usually :) unlike our home countries.

No I had a return ticket but it was 3 months in between, I also had a ticket out of Thailand, to Vietnam. Then a took a ticket from Viet and back to Thailand, then leave Thailand in another 20 days.

I did it yesterday, stayed 60, left and went to Vietnam for a week, came back to Thai.

They did, however, ask me when I would be leaving Thailand.

I said I had a flight home in 20 days and she said hmm ok then and stamped me in for another 60 days on arrival.

They are definitely scrutinising multiple entries much more these days.

Does wise let you send money from Thailand to your own country, in my case Australia, or is it just to Thailand?

I did exactly this last year from Australia, and Qantas, refused to check me in without evidence of leaving Thailand within 30 days.

So I quickly got online and bought a cheap airfare to Vietnam within the 30 days, then showed them the receipt, they then checked me into my flight.

I guess now it's 60 days but will need evidence of leaving.

A bus ticket or boat or train or plane anywhere out of the country will do.
