Looks like WISE dropped the category for "Funds for long term stay in Thailand " or words to that effect. Just did a transfer and didn't have that as a reason. Everyone I have done so far this year had that as a reason. I believe though that isn't really necessary for a renewal on a marriage extension of stay.

What is a good way to actually transfer funds to a bank for meeting the deposit requirements? I assume my current bank would do that, but I think there are pretty steep fees involved. Is that what most people do or is there a better way? I am in the US BTW.

But I have read accounts that some people say this would not be recognized and I need to use Wise to transfer as they have a box that stipulates what the money is for? Info required please.my last two transfers via wise have not been deposited in bkk bank under international transfer they are under transfer from other account.i need t know if this will affect my yearly extention i have more than the needed 400,000baht seasoned in account. Thanks for any info
