Anonymous participant 618 apparently not. The 90 Day pre-check desk was happy with every other document I had except for TM30. They say needed update even though I say nothing changed. Couldn't get a decent explanation from them.

Easy but a hassle at Soi 5. Took me 2 hours.

Line up at 90 Day report desk, everything ok except for TM30 (online) from agent. Got told to wait in Information line (100+ people) to get TM30 updated.

Wait in line, officer comes around asking who needs just TM30. She gives ticket, now go wait for turn at TM30 desk.

Get to desk, officer requires lease. Lucky I have it with me. New TM30 given and ticket for 90 Day desk.

Finally get to desk, hand over docs. All process and can leave.

Why they can't/won't accept online TM30 from real estate agent, I have no idea. Address hadn't changed.

yes, I know the Non-O is 90 days. Reason I ask, is enter on Non-O, establish bank account, then leave and return later, within the 90 day period. No point staying the whole 90 days if you dont have too. Go somewhere else, then come back with re-entry permit and proceed with the extension process.
