No, you need either the 800k left in a thai account for the 3 months, I think it's 2 for the first time though or a notarized statement from your embassy stating you get a minimum 65k thb a month or equivalent in any currency

Ok, thanks for the reply. What do I need to show? Likely it will be hotels because we do currently rent in Bangkok as well as living in surin but that rental contract will have expired
