Hi all.
I know this has happened many times before but my friend would like some clarification on the quickest and easiest way to fix an immigration fuck up. He is on a tourist visa and has travelled to KL to start his visa again. Thinking that he would get a 60 day stamp with an option to extend for a further 30 days. It seems that immigration at Don Muang have only given him a 30 day stamp. (See photo)
Please advise. Does he have to go back to the immigration office at the airport?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice on how to resolve a visa stamping issue, specifically regarding receiving a 30-day entry stamp instead of the expected 60 days upon returning to Thailand from Kuala Lumpur. Previous commenters suggest visiting the local immigration office for corrections, emphasizing that errors like this occur frequently. It's recommended to address the mistake at the nearest immigration office rather than going back to the airport.
