Oh thats really interesting to hear that in this case chiang mai is more strict than bkk. so far it has always been bangkok that was the less preferable port of entry. Thank you!

i dont understand, I have also found and read this post. In which way does it compare hanoi and hcm (my first question). Second question also not answered, it doesnt say if the funds need to be there in total for an entire 3 months.
