BKK, Pattaya and Phuket are the only real party destinations in Thailand. Sure you can find nightlife elsewhere but will be subdued and boring in comparison. Koh Samui probably the next on the list. For beaches, Koh Kood is my favorite.
She's a singer back home but doesn't say she wants to work as a singer in Thailand?
I'm not sure about Soul music Pam but there are plenty of RnB/Hip Hop bars/clubs in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket etc. The crowd are usually pretty young though unless it's a tourist club.
Adjustments maybe but it cannot be scrapped unless they have other affordable options to allure non-retired people to Thailand longer-term. Currently there are none unless you get a non-legit "visa".
I don't know but so many are abusing the visa on that category it's crazy. Suddenly everyone's teeth need attention from a Thai dentist haha. I can't see it being sustainable.
Because there are plenty of other options for a dentist appointment. You can even stay for 3 months as a tourist which is more than enough time to get any dental procedure done.
