In June I will have a had my retirement visa for one year and will need another year extension. In Jomtien Beach. Does anyone have the official list of documents I need to do that in June? I was at immigration for a 90 Day check in and the line at information was 2 hours to get it. Can’t find it online.

PS I did the 800,000 for the first year, but have been doing the 65,000+ transfers every month to convert to that so I can get my 800,000 back.

 Help. I hope somebody can give me an answer as to the best way to deal with this. I am moving in mid March to Jomtien Beach. I had already obtained a non-immigrant O visa for 90 days that I intended to activate when I arrived in March. Unfortunately, I came to Phuket for a music festival this month, which was not part of the original plan. They insisted that I start my 90 day visa now. It’s now going to expire in early April, which I think is going to be way too soon to get anything done in terms of extending it to the one year, which is the original plan. I have two options as far as I can see it. I can leave the country without getting a reentry permit which will void my current visa and then apply for a new one. What I’m concerned about is whether they will have an issue with me reapplying for a new non-immigrant O visa after allowing one to expire.  The original visa was extremely easy to obtain, so if there is no issue with applying for a second one, that might be the easiest option. Alternatively, I can come back in March and hope that I can get an extension in the three weeks that will be remaining on the current visa. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful.
