So select a package you want, top up that amount (+7 VAT) and then buy the package.

You can't pay that bill with BKK bank. It's literally the only bank that doesn't let you pay PEA bills.

Take your bill to any 7-eleven or tops daily and pay there. Or ask someone with another bank to pay it for you.

Ger Wise Remitly and Revolut

Try making a transfer and compare the prices and exchange rates.

Wise actually gives you a list of other services before you transfer, so you can see if there are cheaper options. They don't hide it if they're not the cheapest ones.
