Is there a rule saying that you have to do your first 90 day report in person?
Just had my online report rejected.
UPDATE: I applied again, after my landlord registered my address in the new TM30 platform. This time my 90 day report got approved and I got an email the day after my application.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus is that while there is no strict rule requiring the first 90-day report to be done in person, it is common for many to experience difficulties when attempting to submit it online. Most respondents agree that the first report is typically completed in person. It is also mentioned that using an agent for this process is an option, and it generally only takes a few minutes.
